1 cup pineapple chopped
3 bananas frozen
1/2 inch piece of ginger or to taste
1 handful of spinach or kale
1 cup water
Add water to a high speed blender. Add banana, pineapple and ginger and process until smooth. Add spinach and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
