2 cups quinoa, cooked
1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chickpeas flour
1 cup black bean
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes (opt.)
1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (opt.)

Preheat oven 400 degrees and lightly oil baking sheet. In a medium sized bowl, combine quinoa, onions, garlic, chickpea flour, and black beans and mash with a fork. Season with cumin, paprika, yeast flakes, oregano, and sea salt. To form into patties, see Oatmeal Burger recipe. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway.
