
This is a great compliment to any meal! Extremely versatile and simply delicious.
1 cup water
1 Tbsp chicken style seasoning
1 Tbsp tapioca starch or cornstarch
1 tsp ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
6 cups broccoli florets
1 cup yellow squash or zucchini, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, cubed
¼ cup yellow pepper, cubed
¼ cup snow peas
1 tsp turbinado sugar or agave nectar
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Mix water, chicken style seasoning, tapioca starch, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Warm saucepan on medium high heat then add oil, garlic, onion, and ginger. Stirfry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, yellow squash, bell pepper snow peas and sauce stirring. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender.
